    March Goals.

February might have gone much quicker than January, but the start of the month feels like ages ago. It's been a fairly decent month - I celebrated my best friend's 25th birthday on one of the best nights out ever; I ate pancakes; I went to a talk with two amazing writers, and met a lovely blogger; I went to a gig for the first time in a long time; I had dinner with another of my best friends; I went back to yoga and loved it; and perhaps most importantly of all, I GOT MYSELF A JOB. And it's the one I wanted which means I'll be moving to London within the next few months! Terrifying but so exciting!

Before I can think about that though, March is going to be my last month to fully relax and take care of myself for a while, so I'm going to make the most of it. These are my goals for the month:

    Buy daffodils

I love buying flowers anyways and I'm determined for spring to hurry up, so I'm going to treat myself to some daffodils this month. Might not seem like a big thing to anyone else, but buying fresh flowers really helps my mood.

    Spend time with my mum

March is the month of Mother's Day, so I want to spend some more time with mine. We've been talking about doing a spa day or something for a while now, so whether it be that or something else, I want to make the most of my time with her as sometimes I take it for granted. Plus, if I'm moving soon then I'm going to really miss her!

    Organise my life

A lot of change is about to take over my life, so I want to start organising what I'm going to do and when. I'm going to have to start looking into flats eventually, but before then, I want to sort out money, transportation and making time to do things that I love. I also want to work on my mental health as much as possible to make sure I'm as ready as I can be for the change.

    Be ok with being alone

I wrote about this in my Filling in the Quiet Hours post. I'm getting better at it, but I want to make a big effort to keep my anxiety and low mood at bay when I'm on my own. This is going to be a big thing for me, but if I nail it, I think it's gonna really help me overall!
