After seeing this beautiful/cool/quirky/bloody amazing bar on Time Out London, I knew I had to see it for myself. Tonight Josephine is located literally opposite Waterloo station in London; it's tiny and underground, but it's absolutely worth a visit.

It stands out on the street as the only building with that 'millennial' pink-hue (I don't care what anyone else says, I love it) and you can't miss the flashing neon fingers crossed sign in the entrance, before the ultimate sign of neon signs at the bottom of stairs. The decor is what drew me to this place - it's just. so. cool.

The menu itself is pretty darn good - they've got a huge range and they're about (or just slightly higher) the average cocktail price in London. I went for my favourite, the classic Porn Star Martini, and my friend Maddy had an Espresso Martini (which I've now realised is not for me, but there you go).

The ceiling is one huge mirror, there are booths all around the sides of the one room...even the bathrooms are instagrammable. If you're looking for the perfect photo, just come here, seriously. The entire place just screams GIRL POWER, and I bladdy love it. Even the music fits in with the theme, with some absolute. classics. of the 90s and 00s.

Honestly, just go already!
